- Photos and videos you add are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to use optional one-time processing features that require uploading, your content is processed only on our servers, is not shared with third parties, is not used for training or marketing, and is deleted immediately after processing.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by email. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
2) Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: messages you send to us, and any information you choose to include (for example, issue descriptions, attachments, or screenshots).
2.2 Photos, Videos, Notes, and Event Content
The app allows you to create countdown events and attach content such as photos, videos, and notes (“User Content”).
- Local storage by default: your photos/videos/notes are stored on your device by default.
- Optional one-time processing (if you choose to use it): if a feature requires uploading certain User Content for one-time processing (for example, generating a visual timeline effect or transforming media), we process the content on Giroe Team servers solely to provide that feature and delete it immediately after processing is complete.
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition, and we do not create or store biometric identifiers or biometric templates from your photos or videos.
- Not for training or marketing: we do not use your photos, videos, or notes to train models or for marketing.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers where available and permitted.
- Usage statistics: interaction data such as feature usage, screens viewed, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: information about crashes and errors to help us diagnose and fix problems.
2.4 Location Information (Only If You Allow)
If you grant permission, the app may collect approximate and/or precise location. You can enable or disable location permissions through your device settings.
2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies (If You Use Web-Based Features)
If any part of our Services is accessed through a web view or website, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance.

Note: if you choose to upload User Content for optional one-time processing, that uploaded content is processed only on Giroe Team servers for that purpose and is not shared with third parties.

7) Security
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption (where appropriate), access controls, regular security reviews, and backups.
8) Data Retention
- Account data: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support: up to 6 months.
- One-time processing uploads: deleted immediately after processing.

10) Children and Age Requirement
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
